At some point we all need to lead, whether in a work or personal context. Sometimes we are called to lead others, sometimes we need to lead ourselves. At Leaders In Life, we believe that truly effective leaders come with a servant’s heart. This means their primary focus is to serve the greater good.
To do this, a leader must first learn high level self awareness, self management and self respect. The enables the poise and clarity to be able to make functional decisions and respond to situations rather than react defensively from a place of Ego.
Our Personal Programs
These programs are for any individual wanting to improve. Clients increase awareness of their own behaviour and learn tools for functional mindset and healthy perspective.
Three Month Transformation:
Our three month program includes 2 dedicated sessions per month (either face to face or Skype), unlimited phone and email access, and personal accountability from your Leaders In Life facilitator.
Investment – $2400 plus GST
12 Month Mentorship:
Take your capabilities to a whole other level with the sustained accountability and continued guidance of our 12 month mentor program. You have prioritized access to Jem as your coach, 4 dedicated sessions per month, Skype, phone and email contact, bonus workshops for your teams, and all inclusions from our 3 month program.
Investment – $1600 plus GST per month
‘To The Edges of The Earth’ Connected:
Choose any of our remote leadership programs and then receive 12 months of continued education, follow up and transition support to ensure sustainable change and continued growth into mastery. Enjoy the included monthly group workshops, to learn from peers and associates. We help you design your own leadership development program to roll out in your business as you develop your leaders. You and your employees have free access to any one of our public seminars.
Investment – $12,000 plus GST
